Get hold of Leica or who ever sold u the scope and ask to provide u with the correct subtention measurements at 10x. The Leica scope people should have this at their fingertips & should include that info in the manual !! Shame on them if not.
Another option as Greg says is you can figure it out yourself by doing some measurements at 100 yards. Take a large (long) price of white paper and mark it in inch measurements vertically down the page. Use a felt tip pen cos anything finer is too hard to rad at 100 yds. Tape the paper “ruler” to a tall cardboard box and place it at 100 yds. You need to set this exactly using a rangefinder and measure the 100 yds to the centre of your scope (turrets). Set your rifle on something firm like a bench rest set up or I use one of those black&decker workmate adjustable benches to clamp the rifle in place and a bit of wood under the fore end which you can move back or forward to set the height to target. Align the cross hairs on the zero inch mark, then read down to each subtension mark. Now you have the values and better still you have confirmed the calibration. Same way you check (calibrate) the turret clicks to confirm they are true moa or Iphy or something else
