Go for the bigger zoom.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms
Can you reccomend where to buy?

Get 10x42 and Jacobs digital are as cheap as you are going to find them.Had no issues with mine so far but did not buy them from Jacobs.
I got both mine when in Canada, Lecia are very expensive in NZ,
Try contacting plain sight solation's, They are on Canada gun Nuts forum, you my have to join, no biggie lots of info there. He often has demo models for sale, and display models,
Omer is very good to deal with, He may be able to export direct.
NZ $$$ is high against the CAD, due to the fires in Fort mac and oil being low, I may even be able to send them to you, as I am heading back to Fort McMurray, once town is reopened, to check my house and put it back up for sale.
I have 10x42, geovid and a 8x42 HD, cost half what they do in NZ.
Definitley 10x
