Where is the best/cheapest plast to get Leica scopes in NZ? Have got a quote from one place, I can get it almost a grand cheaper from offshore, would rather get it from here but not at the prices quoted, if anyone has any good leads or deals coming up let me know.

As far as I am aware - H&F have the strangle hold on Swaro now

Just remember to allow for GST and MAF fees plus bank / credit card cost coming into the country. That will add 20-25% to whatever you pay, and don't forget you have to pay gst on the freight as well as the item cost.

No he won't. I just bought a new Z6 on tuesday and rung Hamils Tauranga for a price after reading your similar post on the other hunting forum.
Out of the 4 places I rang for a price Hamils Tauranga was the dearest. I bought from H & F as they were the cheapest which surprised me.

Of coarse - @NZVarminter is talking in the "past"
H&F Taupo as far as I can ascertain is the controlling importer/distributor - so how could a Hamill's outlet better H&F prices
It all changed late 2017
Once NZAmmo got rid of their stock at amazing prices who some on here capitalized on - then the RRP were set at approx 20% "below" prior levels
Still waiting on the like of Leica to counter - I can not see how they will now be selling much at 2017 prices

I predict (but no proof just gut feeling) that Swaro prices will start to edge up - this level is an entry intro price to spark the interest and pressure the competition

With the continuing downward trend on NZ$ everything imported is going to go up
