    Leupold CDS set/grub screw size

Hey, Anyone know what the size specs are for the set screws used on a VX3i CDS turret? There’s three of them which hold the turret on.

    Cheers

Grub screw spec is 4-40, it is 1/4 (0.250) inch long.

You need a 3/64 hex allen key, in a pinch a 1.0mm metric allen key will work as well.

Warning.... I have had two different sized grub screws on different VX3's, had the same with VX6 and VX5 also
    Woody and dannyb like this.

The sum of the coprime counts for the first 29 integers is 270
270 is a sparsely totient number, the largest integer with 72 as its totient
Given 6 elements, there are 270 square permutations[3]
    10! has 270 divisors
270 is the smallest positive integer that has divisors ending by digits 1, 2, …, 9.

If it’s about the Allen key it’s a 0.05” for the vx3i cds.

They’re much smaller than the ones on the VX5-HD!
