Thread: Leupold Custom Shop

Does anyone else get a warning before going into the Leupold Custom Shop. Its obviously from the new Internet security.
But says something about Google Chrome can not confirm that it is the actual website and not an attacker. Needless to say I proceeded anyway, then thought umm maybe I shouldn't have.

When shipping product for service, please include a note of instruction, return address, phone number and e-mail address. If you are having a chargeable service performed (reticle change, target adjustment installation, replacement of damaged components, etc.), please include payment with the scope or instruct to call for credit card payment in order to avoid delays in returning the product.
Please record the model and serial number of your product and ship the optic only. Remove any mounts, rings, sunshades or lens covers. It is recommended that you purchase insurance and retain a tracking number to document the arrival of your product. Don't phone them (unless all other contact avenues fail). Although having said that I had to phone them to give them my credit card details. I was left for 20 minutes (peak hours toll call but that was my fault) listening to terrible Leupold adverts. But heh I was caller number 12 (initially) and my call was important to them! I have used Garth Kendig via email for my business with them however he can be tardy in response.

Yep, same here, though i pushed on, and emailed them... The email response wasn't what I wanted to hear either.. No Int'l Shipping!!! No risk to Pc security at my end it seems...
