Don't phone them (unless all other contact avenues fail). Although having said that I had to phone them to give them my credit card details. I was left for 20 minutes (peak hours toll call but that was my fault) listening to terrible Leupold adverts. But heh I was caller number 12 (initially) and my call was important to them! I have used Garth Kendig via email for my business with them however he can be tardy in response.
