I bought a Vari-x 111 6.5-20x50 from a forum member,the AO was a bit scratchy with far North sand particles.So I sent it off to Beaverton USofA ($23) with a nice note saying"like me it was getting a bit creaky with age".
Heard nothing for a month then an email a week ago asking for $25 return post.
This morning courierpost turned up with a parcel.
Cleaned and polished lens,reworked power Selector and Erector system,Mechanical and complete internal inspection.
Even came back in a Leupold box."Warranty Repaired Item".
Can't ask for better.:thumbsup:

This is a good post. Giving credit when credit is due, not just having a whinge when something doesn't work.

Be keen to see what happens with sightron, if my scopes ever shit themselves.
