Thread: Leupold VX6 - New Options

I just had a play with both in the shop and I prefer the Zeiss. The turrets that come with it are only a few mils higher than the VX6 so no hassle there, but they were precise audible clicks, where the VX6 you really had to concentrate to work out if it was a click or not! Plus in my opinion the glass on the Zeiss seemed clearer and brighter. And it was cheaper as well. Apparently Leupold have a lot better warranty though. Another factor was the reticles. The Zeiss had a good classic duplex reticle where I think the Leupold crosshair was just to fine IMO.
