Ive got the equivalent reticle in a Burris scope and like it a lot.
Is definitely not too busy, and the hashes are as easy to pick out and any milling reticle.

Have heard complaints that the Leupold windplex is a bit too heavy for precision work, but I have never been able to find and subtensions only to compare against my Burris.
The Burris is definitely heavier than my VX6 Tmoa, but I've never found it an issue.
