Thread: Lithgow Black Mountain Rifles barrel

I have a black mountain barrel on a Remington 40x, It is easy to fit to another action as on an Omark the bolt locks into the barrel cut the locking lugs off flush and thread it for your action
as long as the barrel diameter is right for the action you have, I also have a barrel from an Omark fitted to a Mauser K98 action, The Black Mountain barrels are very good my half shot out one will still shoot .5 MOA
check the twist rate could be 1:13" or 1:14" both will handle 168 gr SMK's
