If it's a problem getting it thru imports I could disguise it a my bow and bring it over some time this winter.

Get an import permit, it is free and is not worth the hassle if you get caught without one.

You probably both just need to post a bit more in the forum before that feature is available to you I'm guessing? That's if you can't see it as an option under your avatar under "profile" tab...

Dunno about BUSHHUNT but I reckon you may be right in my case. I have checked the FAQ section and looked around for the private messaging function but haven’t found anything yet. Better get posting!

    Email sent.

Pity about your stock, looks like it has some nice grain in it.

Yeah don't throw it away, someone who know's what they are doing will be able to make that into a usable stock again.

Well to be honest at least it's a clean break.
Probably quite easy to put back together with some strengthening.
Your thread made me get out a mauser stock busted (and araldited) and it's a bitbof a dogs breakfast really.
I'll have to try to heat the araldite up and see if it let's go

Thanks for the offer, but for the moment I'll stick with replacing the stock

I’ve fixed a couple like that for other people. Not a hard job, only take an afternoon. Epoxy with a hidden bar through the grip - it Will a actually repair stronger than original.
