Thread: Low light hunting scope circa 2021 ?

    I dont know much about aging eyes yet thankfully but hunting into dark the first thing I loose is the recticle
    I can clearly see that its in my scope but a black pig on a dark background all I can see is the outline

    firedot illuminated dots helped me immensely

    Ive just changed 2 of my scopes from Leupold to Swarovski. Hard to beat the clarity

    Don't agree on that one. I shoot F-Class and have done a lot of LR varminting. A SFP scope has NO disadvantage in those respects. If you know where the first strike actually was, correcting is easy with either. Either way, the finer aiming point with the SFP at higher magnification is more desirable.
