I know of someone who only had an A-Cat license who was declined for trying to bring in 20 and 30 round Pmags for the .223 Remington Pump action 7615 rifle, so I doubt if you will be allowed to.
Easier to get someone who has the required endorsement(s) to bring them in for you if you really need a 20 round mag on a bolt action.

Absolutely true. And the burdon of proof for anyone holding a high capacity magazine is on them, not the Police if they wish to charge someone of being in possession.
