    Looks like Tikkas as well https://www.shootersforum.com/rifles...el-defect.html
    Had a quick look for the serial numbers range but couldn't find anything. I am sure the range was posted by a NZer to provide some transparency as the agents here (BNZ) appeared to play the whole thing close to their chests. Around the same time some Spingfield M1A1s and MB barrels blew as well IIRC. Bad steel.
