I inherited my father inlaws xt-22 it loves CCI's. Tried some older remington high velocity that my father inlaw had sitting around and it didn't like them too much.
One fault i have is with the extractor. I can go out for a possum shoot with a clean barrel and chamber and the gun be working perfectly fine. After 15odd shots the extractor starts to fair, there is a common fault with the extractors with this issue they recommend you replace them with a newer extractor. I'm not to sure if its just wear on the lip of the extractor that grabs the casing and its rolling off the casing rather than pulling on it as the friction in the chamber increases. I might try filing mine to put a sharp edge back on it and see how it goes.
Let us know how you get on if you do try filing, won't ya?
