Martini large frame takedown info ?

I'm trying to find info on line for what the takedown mechanism is like for a large frame Hollis Martini 500 BPE

I haven't seen it yet and want to know what to expect because the take down screw is missing.
And i can't find anything similar on line !
So it's hard to try and anticipate the go and try to look at costs etc

    Cheers

Not much to see, they’re pretty robust, you want to check if it has any foreign parts in the action, the chambers can be different sizes, check it with a case, ensure the ejector is ok and works, check, by firing a primed case that the firing pin hits the centre of the primer. They’re really basic, until you have to put it back together. I have some reloading data for Smokless equiv for BP.

I'm expecting that it will have Henry rifling
But the details are sketchy and the images are from a G1 mobile phone so almost useless

I just want to read up and be prepared for when I get to see it later in the week

If there’s some rifling and it’s in good nick it’s worth owning. I bought a Wesley Richards no 2 musket last yr, paid to much but what a nice firearm, easy to load and shoot. 500 BPE is a nice straight case. 3” long
