    Mauser trigger angles

    Right. Got an issue.
The parker hale project has hit a snag.
For some history, this has had a sporting type bolt fitted to an old Parker Hale safari with the original 98 2 stage trigger.
It was quite a heavy and draggy trigger but after what thought was some very minor stoning and polishing I've managed to make it so that after taking the weight up on the first stage it doesnt come back. Trigger is floppy. Little bit of a push by the spring (action out of stock) and it returns with a little click
So it either needs a finer polish or I've managed to cock the angle up. Or both.
The stoning was mainly done in an effort to get the striker to clear the sear when the safety was engaged. Hopefully a better trigger was a bonus
I did succeed in that at least but not happy with the
And no it doesn't feel quite as draggy
    And yes I am.considering a timney but that's later.
I disnt touch the contact face on the striker. I would rather replace a buggered trigger than a striker.
    Thoughts anyone?
