Hi All, I've had a look around but cant seem to find anything, is there anyone that does a longer bottom metal for model 7? keep the internal mag though don't want to go the longer removable mag that hangs out right on the carry point

Don’t even think there’s an aftermarket detachable mag, but would be happy to be corrected. Got the same problem with a 7WSM. I single-feed my long range rounds.
Their is after market drop out acis style mags mate whats the rifle chambered in 7wsm?Quote:

Fair I dont no of any unfortunatly. My factory model 7 loved the 65 gamekings the .223 could probably be modified with a custom follower and the .308sized box
Yeah I think you’ll find that the M7 .223 will have a blocker in the rear of the mag. Easily removed for a 2.8” long mag. The follower will be too short, but that can be sorted.
Possibly not much point with a 1-9” twist barrel though. I run 77gr TMK at standard mag length (as many do) and they go fine.
