I said the ELDX went right through and there was a small exit.
But when skinning the off shoulder today I found this down in the elbow soft tissue just under the skin. So it must have been a small bit of jacket or some lead that passed through. There was still a little bit of lead in the shank but it washed out when I cleaned it.

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing, and right-doing, there is a field. I will meet you there.

All good Tahr, I'm sure you'll get them sorted in the creedmoor.
The 74gr I make will work in a 10" twist without any stabilising problems as long as the barrel is a true 10" twist.
I only make those on order but if anyone wants to try some let me know as I will be making projectiles soon.
Once the wet weather comes we cant carry on logging in the blocks we do so I have a bit more time then.
    Cheers

In my world for the 223 your 74 grain are near perfect for my 1:9 (and like you say 1:10 too). Punchy weight, good bc, soft but not explodey, accurate.

It's as per the Hornady book. 2.640" I tried poking them longer to 40thou off lands and it all went to pot.
