Thread: My Custom 7mm Rem Mag

would just like to share with all of you my new custom 7mm Rem Mag.
1st of all I should say a huge thank you to fellow forum member @camo wsm who put this beast all together for me and pretty much had to put up with hunderds of text from me asking questions about what ideas and options I could go for. This guy has so much knowledge about this sort of stuff and to be able to have guys like cam on the forum to ask advice is awesome cheers mate.

Anyway here’s what we come up with
Action: lone peak razor titanium action
Stock: McMillan hunters edge
Barrel: bartlein 2b 1:8.7 twist
Rings: Hawkins long range hybrids
Scope: Leupold vx6 HD 3-18x44 tmoa reticle
Btm metal: PTG BDL
Can: DPT with stainless baffle
Cam had Dean Maisey do the gun smithing in which he did a wicked job I didn’t get to meet dean but from what I hear and see from his work is outstanding so thank you Dean.
Cam also has done a load development for me and has got 168 Berger vld hunting going 2970 FPS and tacking which is mint. Looking forward to getting out and really stretching it’s legs and see what is got.
Anybody looking or is keen to get a gun built or buying great custom action and barrels or just want to ask advice get ahold of cam on the forum I cant recommend him enough.
