Thread: My new .338 Edge Terminator!!!

About two weeks ago I decided it was time for a change in rifles.
After putting my old rifle up on trade me for a good price I started to research what I was going to get next and after having a look through the forum I started looking at the huge range of calibers and setups ''KiwiGreg's'' Terminator Products offered.
With such a variety, finding a few calibers that fitted to my needs of being powerful enough to take deer at 1000 yards efficiently took no time at all.
I had narrowed it down to two rifle/ caliber options being either the 7-375 terminator setup or the 26'' edge setup so I then figured it was best to talk to the man himself, Greg Couper.
Greg was extremely helpful in working with me to figure out what would suit me and we concluded that the 26'' edge was the rifle to fit my needs.

Once my old rifle had sold on the Wednesday, I was able to transfer the money into Gregs account on Thursday afternoon and on the same day Greg txt me the tracking number and the rifle was on its way!
As soon as the package arrived at the Napier Depo on Saturday, at about 11 am I went and picked it up and fitted my March 2.5-25 scope to it and it was ready to go. I quickly loaded up some rounds to the recipe Greg had sorted for me and headed out to the farm.

By now I couldn't believe how easy and fast setting this "Custom" rifle up was and it was time for the real test... first group in the pissing down rain measured under .5 of a inch at 100 yards!!! I was so happy with it I gave a mate a call and we decided that we were confident enough to have a crack at getting some blood on the thing so off to spot X we went.


The Red Hind I shot at 508 yards isn't a fan of the new rifle but I could not be happier.

After five ours of receiving the rifle it had already dropped its first animal!!!
