If it's not a first round hit you need to practice more

Thanks im really pleased with how its come up. Havnt used the scope on anything as of yet, but it seems there plenty of people pretty happy with them offshore. Seems to be a feature packed scope and a bargain. Will Pm you

@GWH I see your stock has stippling on the pistol grip and forestock...is this something you asked for or is it standard on his newer stocks?

I believe it is standard on his stocks now, the older ones without it were a bit too slippery by the sounds. Its real smart, i could not be happier with Kens stock. One thing that was an option was the barrel channel. All his stocks have quite a wide barrel channel, so depending on the profile of the barrel you use, you can end up with a wider than 'normal' gap. He now has the ability to fill the barrel channel to suit you barrel - I got him to do that, and you end up with a nice even gap the length of the barrel channel. Was only a $50 option, just a bit more logistics getting the smith to send it back to Ken to do it, then back to the smith to finish it all off, but well worth it in the long run i think.

Yeah, I used one of his stocks for my build last year and it does get a bit slippery when wet, I think adding the stippling is a good move.
Re the barrel channel, it fits my Proof Carbon perfect...really like his stocks

Looks bloody epic man. The ballistics on those 195's look pretty damn impressive. Your 7mm collection is getting pretty healthy these days huh

Thanks Bruce. I really like the rings, they are Hawkins Precision Ultralights. I sourced them thru @camo wsm . Hawkins also do a ring similar to the Talleys, but they have 25 moa of elavation built into them, and the rear ring has the bubble level on it too - Real nice. They call them 'Long Range Hybrid' I was going to use them, but since the Stiller action came with a 20moa rail that is dowel located as well as screwed on i though that would give more flexibilty with scope mounting now and in the future.

Makes sense if it saves leaves and other shit getting caught up in the gap between the barrel and the stock - worth the effort to get resolved I think.
