About LinkBacksIf you are sure the issue is with the rings, take the scope off and run a straight edge (metal ruler, etc) between the two. You will find out pretty fast if there is a height issue with your current ring/base setup. You really don't want to be clamping your scope down on rings that are different heights. Also like what is said above, max out your adjustments both ways then settle it in the middle (count clicks) as you may have sticky adjustments.
