Thread: need some help with new mossberg 590a1 jamming

had a new mossberg 590a1, took it to the range the first time, the pump jam about every 5 or 6 round, is this normal for an new shot gun? do they require an break in period? i also notice the factory gun is quit dry , not lube properly, the jamming happens when i try to slide back and eject shell, just dtuck there, very strange, has any one got an mossberg 590 series knows how to fix this problems? thanks

The pump gets stuck forward? or the shell gets stuck when trying to eject?

I have one that did the same kind of thing and it was a normal part of the break in period. I powered through and it was fine. My one felt like it was locked forward and wouldn't slide back
