Bush buck ones i find the best by miles. Good protection and water resistance, cant lose them and cheap aa chips. I use them on every scope i own.

I've tried flip up covers, scope bikini but they all last about 5mins.
I use a gun works brand neoprene cover now, I like it, works well. But I can't tell you if it is better or worse than other brands as its the only one I have.

@Joe_90 how do you sew the neoprene. By hand or do you use a super strong machine?

+1 for the gunworks neoprene cover they are really good.
Neoprene glue
I only know after getting washed across the rocks in my suit
@Dama dama
Just by hand, normal cotton thread using a blanket stitch so the seam sits fairly flat.
Well, I did one then the wife decided it was painful to watch so she took over.
I'll try to dig up the pattern tonight and put up a photo. It would be easy enough to change the size to fit over sun shades or longer scopes/giant turrets.
Every machine is a smoke machine,
If you use it wrong enough.
aliexpress sell them for about 6bucks each
So I couldn't find the pattern but this is one of my DIY covers.
The red line is a fold in the material, my finger is the opening. Stitch the ends together you'll get the idea.

@Joe 90 looks like a scale model of a Canadian Canoe - a subliminal hankering perhaps ?
you guys have got it all wrong.......use your mates WADERS.....and just cut giant bands off the legs...like we used to use car innertubes for before we got all flash.....a strip 2-3" wide stretches over scope nicely,provinds protection along both sides and covers both lens's....might have to tell mate the dog chewed them/Mrs threw them out etc when he looking for the waders he left at you place.
If they are not water proof I think they are a waste of time. What is wrong with old school giant rubber band made from 825 x 16 truck tube ? Water proof, Emergency fire starter, cheap and wear resistant and stay on pushing through scrub
