Cannot go wrong with the Tikka T1x. Typical Tikka accuracy and build, so you know it will perform.
Also accepts T3 / T3x triggers and stocks, so you have a lot of options for customisation down the track.

To get a 10/22 to shoot as well as a Tikka will most likely fall outside of your budget.... been there, done that.
