Tikka T1 x
A big fast bullet beats a little fast bullet every time
I have a CZ452 and very happy with it in terms of accuracy, so would look at another CZ if I was buying again. LOP is too short and I'm only average height, so have added limbsaver. The new 457 looks nice. I would also have a good look at the Tikka.
CZ $900 or $1000 threaded with muzzle break
MARLIN $850
RUGER $950 THREADED
SAVAGE $850 with suppressor and scope
I have a Ruger American, only thing not in its favour is the factory trigger. dump it and go after-market. I liked mine before, now I really like it after making the change. The difference is chalk and cheese. So much more accurate (the one behind pulling the trigger not so accurate).
Good little rifle and worth the extra cost to make it great. Something you need to factor into the price if you are comparing them.
GUN CONTROL IS A TIGHT 5-SHOT GROUP.
Stainless BARREL
For the price, the CZ would be the pick of the bunch, right?

Was looking at a new pre lockdown. Was going to go with CZ synthetic with bull barrel. Wasn’t stainless but that was my pick. Felt better than the Ruger American.

Will have to go out of town to fondle any so could be a long wait.
I have a ruger american 22 so know what there are like.
The Marlins are very accurate and often purchased for $500 or so on trademe. I bought a related Marlin 22 magnum heavy barrel stainless and that will drop under 0.3" for groups at 50m with Hornady. Marlin 17HMR a good option.
Love my marlin 917 it's insanely accurate and I bought it stupid cheap
Nah man the 917, 920, etc etc have been superceded by the remlin xt-22, xt-17 etc lines.
I had a 920s, was an absolute laser. Heavy trigger though, even with all the tricks it still sat about 5 lb.
Put some bloody expensive rifles to shame that wee gun.
They do pop up on tm reasonably regularly
