    Sort of, The PVS-7 is manufactured as waterproof to 1 meter for 24 hours from memory about the same as the PVS-14. The MUM-14 on the other hand is waterproof to 66 feet for sustained underwater use. Sold one a couple of years back to a guy who wanted it for night diving............. Bugger that!!
