Nikko Stirling Panamax scopes (or ??).

I have a nice wee CZ455 bull barrel Varmint.
Recently bought it 2nd hand, as new...and it really is 'as new'.
It came with a Victoptic 3-9 scope (hmmm...not very good).
I would like to use the CZ as a spare for the odd target shoot, and maybe for bunnies (but paper punching, metal silhouette, etc appeals more).
Been looking for a scope in the 6-24 or 8-25 range.
Found the Nikko Panamax scopes (also a similar style Nikko Diamond).
The Diamond are a better 'quality' I guess...but the Panamax may be all I need.
Anyone have any experience with the Panamax range of scopes?
An Arken would be fine, but spendy.
    Don't want a huge 60mm lens either.
Just a nice wee scope to fit on a varmint sporter rifle that will be used to play with paper punching now and then.
I already have a dedicated benchrest rimfire (another CZ), but that's another story.
    So yeah...Panamax...yay or nay?
