Nikko Stirling Steel-lok rings - adequate or waste of money?

Hi, anyone got opinions (here we go...!) on the Nikko Stirling Steel-Lok quick detach rings? Seems like a few of the independent reloading supplies gun shops are selling them, and I'm hoping they wouldn't do do if they were complete junk. Are they ok for a scope ring on 222/308, or would I be better of spending 4 times the price on a set Of Warne QD rings? I'd love to know if anyone has tried them and what they thought of them.

I've got a set, never had an issue with any Nikko stuff, mounts, scopes etc. pay 4x doesn't mean 4x betterer in my experience.

This. I have several sets and they are fine.

    +1

I have them in 1 inch and 30mm. Look to be a very good copy of the Leupold QRW2 rings that I also own - USD$60 on eBay

At ~ NZD $50 these are a bargin.

The current design is 4x screws on each ring - I have purchased 4x sets in the past two weeks.
