About LinkBacksI have the 3-9x40 so can't comment on the 4-16x42, but my one is extremely clear and has had around 250 rounds under it from my 7mmRM and hasn't shifted zero once. Not really into dialling so can't comment on that but clicks are positive.
Agree with EBF that it punches above its weight, way nicer than a VX1!
You can order mil turrets or even custom turrets for a particular load with their spot-on programme.
Looking at the M-223 for my .223.
