I have a smaller "6.5 Something". 26gns of 8208XBR gives 2507fps with a 130gn TMK. good on gongs out to at least 600m. brass is cheap and 1lb powder lasts awhile

Sounds pretty sweet but I need a bit more grunt but don't want an extreme barrel burner like a 26 or 27.

I have been tinkering with the idea of a 6.5 PRC. 3100ish with that 135 berger would be a good all rounder in a light guide rifle I reckon.

Browning is due to bring the xbolt out in 6.5prc, must say it has piqued my interest for a plug and play open country gun

I thought it was out but not here in NZ yet.
Might be a sensible option for me if they show up here.

If i like the cal I might rebarrel my Ackley to one when/if it gets tired.

Yeah it's on order here but still a couple of months away from what I've heard. If Cindy ever pays me for my ar I'll probably pick one up

Most of them I think Nick. They have some models in PRC here already, but in the more precision shooting type models as opposed to the hunting line like the 100.
