    Yeah Burris has always been a bit piss poor in that respect. The 3-9 the OP removed had 50 MOA.

    I have an old 6-24 Black Diamond rated at IIRC 39 MOA.
    I mounted mine on an Omark. I zeroed OK at 100 yds but didn't have much adjustment left so fitted a 20 MOA rail and used Zee rings for further improvement.
    I have no trouble now getting to 900 yards.
