    NX8 vs ?????

    Hey guys

Looking to shortly replace my vx5 on my 300 norma mag

Been leaning towards the nx8 but am i missing something?

Any scopes in between i should be looking at?

Want to stay under 1kg for the scope, lighter the better and 30mm tube

    Cheers

    Swarovski z6 or z8?

I use the Z6i 2.5-15x44, love it as an allround scope.
    30mm, exceptional clarity and robust

Can't go wrong with the NX8 - Nightforce is well known and top-notch so resale value is there when/if you want to move it on in the future.

The other two I would recommend are not 30mm and the warranty is better on the NX8.
Delta Optical Stryker HD 5-50x56 is 34mm

    Valdada Recon G2 4.8-30x56 is 40mm

Do you want SFP or FFP?
lots of good lightweight 30mm SFP scopes, not so many FFP ones.

Yep for some reason the pricing on the nxs is right up there.
There is not one person I know that has the nx8 and been unhappy about anything with them.
The glass has better resolution than the Swarovski 5x25 tac version and pretty much the best optic on the market bar none for reliability repeatability and ruggedness.
    All with the 50mm objective.
They are not cheap but are the best there is for nz long range roughbugger hunters that demand the best.
    I have a 2.5x20 and 4x32.
I am possibly looking at a 4x32 sfp for my 22-250.
I do not hesitate to recommend these line of optics.

Mate they are awesome, pretty much same glass when I compare mine to my ATACR.

Welcome to come look through mine anytime.

There is a 4-32 mil c for sale on TM for 4500 which is a good deal unless you can get one from the states / Aussie.
