    They say NZ has no coruption - thats a Joke !!!
    Someone or some people are filling their back pockets aplenty !!

    I am used to coruption in Eastern Europe - its a "System" (in 1 word MAFIA)
    You go with it or leave it well alone.

    Its an Elitist system that works well for a select few (the 5% ers)
