Nothing wrong with tikkas, like toyota corollas, not hugely interesting but reliable and excellent value for money.
Personally i won't buy a t3 (an older lsa yes please!) because i like to have things that are a bit different and interesting.

I myself love the beautifuly made guns of yesteryear and the well made modern wood stocked blued type rifles eg Sauer ect but on a practcal side i own plastic fantastics as they get abused pretty reguarly
I do irgnz take exception to the statement of their lack about of taking game and claiming trophys.
last year i would imagine there were three of us that took 180 animals using tikkas and as far as trophys go my dirty old plastic tikka has taken a few in the last few years much to the disgust of a few old school rifle lovers with some of them even buying one when their trusty old woody cant hit a bit of a4 at 200 yds and the plastics are doing .25 moa
So all the best with ya woody and on the thirtieth bring your woody down to our taihape nzda long range shoot and put me back in my place along with the other ten plastic lr shooters
