    Its the yellow paper one. Mine are the same as your bar the number. Both of the stickers on my scopes (1 each) are well worn, not mint like yours. It begs the question of how much it was used on the 7mm. Perhaps the owner only hunted in fine weather. One of my scopes is on an old Winchester M69 .22 and the other is in the reserve box.
