Thread: Old Fashioned Fun With A Slug Gun

I was in the local Gun Shop today ( in Australia ) and before I knew what was happening I bought a secondhand Air Rifle , or as we used to call them when I was a kid a “ Slug Gun “ from their Bargain bin .
I haven’t owned a Slug Gun in maybe 40 years , so it’s back to basics .
I got home and started searching through my boxes of bits and I already have a scope ( a luxury that wasn’t even dreamed of when I was a Kid ) and mounts waiting for it when I get it home in a week or two .

I remember shooting so many tin cans and just about everything else that didn’t move
Big Game hunting consisted of Starlings that nested in the Shed .
