About LinkBacksIf carrying weight isn't an issue then something a bit heavier will help reduce the recoil. I'd say a 6.5 of some sort, especially 6.5x55 if factory ammo was for some reason a requirement.
My 260 is pretty lightweight so jumps around a lot on recoil, hence my mention of weight. Again if weight is of little concern then definitely put a suppressor on it.
Rifle make and scope what ever flavor you please.
