I'll rent out my 7mm08 for you Brads.:D
I would be keen on a lightweight .284win super bushpig with a suppressed 16" bbl and a nice dial up scope.
T3 in 308 DPT can
150 gamekings at 2900fps
3.5-10-40/50 VX3
Dead deer
I reckon a .284 mate with a can and a vx6 on top
Buy a Howa in 308 SS no magazine too lose, synthetic stock and you will keep some change in your Bank Account it's goes bang the deer go flop ;)
Where are these 400 shots at your pad bro? Nothing under 500 from Tobys hill ha ha
As mentioned, a 6.5 of some sort with a nice bit of Euro glass with elevation turret set ready to go for the distances you want to shoot around the farm. If it was me, a Sako & Swaro kit in either 260 or 6.5 Swede
284 should only be an option when needing more horsepower from a short action or why wouldnt you just go 280.
I would think if this is a guiding operation ( And I am in no way am trying to tell you how to run your business) a lot of your clients would be novices who would much rather be taught how to stalk into 100-200y and take a ethical shot from where they can actually see the animal if you know what I mean.
Those ready to shoot 3-4-500 yards will most likely have there own rifle set up for this already.
Get a 50 cal and shoot them from the Jacuzzi ahhh hot German girls in a Jacuzzi! I know how to enlarge their eyes for a better shot!
