For those that might find it useful, I’ve toyed around with different options of having a suppressed open sighted centre fire for a while.
Latest upgrade was the atec suppressor ring which has a fore sight allowing the fore sight to be mounted as far forward as possible. Works well, I’ve mounted it on a dpt mini with some tweaking.

    Hi Bushline,

Im thinking of getting one of these in .308 have you had any issues. Also have you had any luck with factory ammo?

I have one in 308, 1:12 twist model. 20 inch cut to 18 inch and suppressed. Awesome to shoot , Mine is scoped as well.
I run Federal Blue box 150gr soft points and it's very accurate if I do my my part. Some guys think they are heavy but I don't find this and they carry well.
This would be a typical 100 mtr group out of mine, was looking good for a 6mm group but I got excited on the third shot and blew it out to 11mm.
Great little rifles that break down in seconds and re-assemble nearly as quickly without any tools.
    Highly recommended.Name: 20220731_112929.jpg

What he said haha. Haven’t had any issues at all, they seem to shoot most ammo well. I got the 1/8 twist for subsonics/hi velocity. Nice and short to carry in the bush but will definitely reach out with a decent scope.
At $1000-$1100 a lot of people would argue you can buy a decent bolt gun for a little more but they’re accurate, stainless, great barrels, pre threaded, can be shot left/right handed, compact, take down, choice of twist rates….
