Thread: Opinions on the Oryx chassis

Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on the oryx vhassis? In particular the rimfire one? Pros/cons?

@Jamesyd, entirely depends what you want to do with it!
Made by MDT, so bloody good quality! Great for range shooting, but on the heavy side for hunting.

I had a play with on in Reloaders and was left with mixed emotions.
It did seem well on the heavy side for a hunting rifle and felt pretty big and chunky too.

I hated the pistol grip which was the main impression I was left with but if you replaced it with an Ergo grip (or similar) I think it's be a nice stock if you didn't mind the weight.
