Agreed. Buy something in the $150-300 mark for the rimfire. The Mueller that kscott put up a link to are very good value. You don't need utra flash glass as for the ranges you shoot you can turn night into day with a basic torch attached. Swapping the same scope between rifles will lose it's appeal really fast.

I am looking at a scope with lots of internal adj range to get the 22lr bullet to reach 100m target lol. I tried once last month but failed to do it all the group are at the bottom of the paper that is the maximum of elevation
