    If anything happens to your pulsar, which there is a reasonable chance from experience with several units, you will be waiting a long time for them to get fixed. Think one unit was close to 6 months. That along with the fact you have to buy their special batteries etc. 18650s are so much easier and cheaper.
    I know the unit that Kaweka223 is talking about and I have also had some pretty average customer service as well in regards to another night vision unit several years ago.
    Sytong came out and changed to that, have used the gear for a serious amount of work and not had any issues. Pretty sure if I did I would be looked after.
