He wouldn’t even answer the phone to me and have a conversation about the faulty product and just constantly hung up and ignored my messages. Really really disappointed in the customer service from pard to be honest and will never buy one again because of this.

With respect, your comments would carry more weight if you were an established member of the forum, rather than someone whose first two posts are having a crack at someone a lot of us have dealt with and had a good experience.
