Threads like this scare me when ppl talk about how difficult or long it takes to get Pulsar fixed. Last year went thermal scope route and got the talion, cheapest entry level. Its clarity is better because of more modern technology. In hindsight would have liked better quality thermal scope. At the end of the day the old handheld finds them, just keep on trying to get too close is my failing, but no pressure with thermal gear plenty of time to watch and wait. Spotlighting never worked for me

I brought one of the 1st Pulsar units in chch 10yrs ago,XQ 38 Helium hand held.Nearlly 5k then ooch.Amazing unit for its time,never had a problem with it.Sold it 4yrs later for nearly the same purchase price.Pulsars boys in Nelson rang me a couple of times see how it was going.Good they showed interest in their products.
