Parker Hale question.

Hey. I have two sentimental PH rifles that I would like to restore.
One in particular is a 308w deluxe and I was thinking of giving it the once over. Redo stock condition, new barrel, bed it and spruce it up. Who if any could be recommended to do this work please?

I can do any bluing and stock work but not the new barrel. My lathes broken but I wouldn't do it anyway, not good enough
