Sooo, if I'm understanding this correctly - you need the quick connection fitting in the second photo configured in such a way that your Anschutz adapter is still able to be fitted into the system? As a suggestion, does the filling whip on your little HP compressor have threaded attachments on it or is it crimped together? If it is threaded at either end, what threads on it?
What I'm suggesting as a way around is picking up a 200Bar DIN threaded tank valve (normally these come with an insert so a yoke reg fitting can be used as well). Get the threaded male-male adapter that allows your filling whip to thread into the valve base (the tank threads) and go from there. Or, get a 200Bar DIN inline adapter and screw your hose into that. The quick release connectors are not really my favoured connection types for HP air duties, they can let go with a huge amount of force and do a fair bit of damage. I know a few guys that have received a whip crack (there's a reason they are called filling whips) and are lucky to still be alive.
