I tested it out of the weekend. Wow it's so quiet now. It was quite funny because my friends both brought their .177 air rifles and they were louder and had more recoil lol. CCI 1070fps rounds definitely keep the noise down while performing extremely well on possums.

But they cost 4c per shot and will kill possums just as eeffectively if not better than a 10/22. Witnessed it too many times to count. A mate dropping em every time with his shitty Gamo shadow .177 and the rest of us taking 2 to 3 with our .22lr rifles. We figured it was the effect of leaving the slug in the brain instead of zipping right through that dropped em first shot.
