    I have to confess I was hoping for them to be a lot more open with the change-eg allowing any 9" free floating hand guard rather than monolithic and any collapsible stock.

    But I don't make the rules and I believe only one rule maker agreed with me-funnily enough the only one who stands to benefit from how they have ended up,nice to see someone stand up and say what they think is best even if it's not in there own self interest
